Doing well today, now that M is back home. Shunned a full Scottish -- I am back! Well, slowly and surely.

    2 melon
    1 spinach
    2 mango
    1 aubergine parmesean
    1 pineapple juice
    1 salad (cucumber, tomatoes, olives)
    1 banana
