Met another person today. "Ah, you're 17-a-day." Indeed I am. Well, I'm supposed to be. Haven't been blogging for a week, though been earnestly trying to get the 17. Things have been hectic -- too hectic to blog. But it's settled down now that I'm on holiday. The plentiful summer fruits have been a boon to my portions.
- 1 apple juice
2 Galia melon (so sad that you don't have these in the States; better than a honeydew)
1 banana
1 dried blueberry
3 broccoli
2 mixed melon in vanilla-lime syrup (Galia and cantaloupe)
2 roasted cauliflower (Emeril's recipe)
1 watermelon
1 strawberry
