Turning Japanese: 17 fruit and veg a day

    3 apples
    4 grapes
    1 banana
    1 lentil
    2 courgette and spinach soup (it was a friggin' huge portion!)
    1 peas, frozen
    1 apple juice
    1 miscellaneous (a bit of apple-rhubarb crumble; some onion in an omelet)
The fridge is heaving with veg and fruit and the food bill was enormous. I have aubergine parmesean, vegetable crumble (from the featured recipe on the sidebar), vegetable lasagna, and rocket/asparagus pasta to look forward to.
