11/06/06 portions: 9

I was still feeling a bit queasy from the day before, when I tried to get all my portions from Magner's cider. Ha ha. Had an Innocent mango and passionfruit smoothie for breakfast -- couldn't manage anymore. Had some cherries, I think. Lunch was my new favourite meal: sausages, loads of peas and some leaf spinach. Dinner was a curry, but I did have two portions of leaf spinach with it!

    1 fruit smoothie
    3 peas
    3 spinach
